This weekend I had the chance to try the lens in my good ol' dome port. I am using Nauticam NA-EPL3. The zoom gear is a home made one (using parts of the 9-18 zoom gear and few additional pieces). Right now the zoom gear does not allow to switch to macro mode (which I regretted when we found the sea-horse), but we have some ideas how to overcome that issue.

I like the lens. It is a bit slow, but gives a nice versatile range.

The pictures were taken in Eilat, the north-eastern tip of the Red Sea. Usually we have good visibility but this weekend was an exception and one of the dives was in a very sandy area with even worse conditions.
