Filling Stations at lakes/springs???

Up here in Jersey we go to a quarry in PA that has a filling station so you can hang and dive all day, do any lakes or springs in the northern Orlando area have such a setup and if so where? I'm possibly moving to the Oviedo area this summer and just curious what's down there

Blue Grotto, Devils Den, Ginnie Springs and several more north of there all have onsite fill stations.
