In '09 started studying in Feb., first class that Oct. The two main reasons it took so long were my own shortcomings and my instructor's inability to schedule needed extra pool time. Pero es agua debajo del puente! Again thanks to all here who helped with advice, especially Joe Diver & Crowley. Now let the fun begin. And, oh, when I receive my PADI stuff I'll finally find out what that mystical PADI Decoder Ring really does.
