found. After three years of searching I have found Excalibur at Falling Rock Quarry!

a sword(broad sword type) imbedded in rock at the quarry similar to the Excalibur in the King Arthur story.

I'm not sure finding the sword entitles you to evict Liz and declare yourself king of England. Times have changed, y'know. Then again, a full and detailed dive report might convince the powers that be to take you seriously.
