caye caulker or abergris? Dive operator? Accommadations--looking for something really cheap with hot water and a small fridge.

Really cheap, yet still clean and pleasant? - try Pedro's Inn on Ambergris Caye. Dive operator? - choice of several, with little to choose between them (all good).

You may want to consider Placenica in southern Belize. Placencia started as a fishing village and was then discovered by back packers so there is lots of back packer style accomodation. The developers followed the back packers so there is now a wide range of accomodation from budget to high end. You could check out Splash Dive Shop Belize by Splash Dive Shop located on the Placencia peninsula in southern Belize.
