Not the greatest of photos because it was so tiny, around 4-5 inches long. Possibly a banded snake eel or a harlequin pipefish? Apparently banded snake eels are not native to the Caribbean though. We spotted it in around 30 feet at Tori's reef today.

Keep working it. You’ve got the pipefish habitat identified. One will grant you a glamour shot if you are patient. You know where to look for it.
