Hi.

I'm trying to figure out a way to mount my Flex-Connect dual tray to a Joby Gorillapod.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Hi Steve -

The Dual Tray does have two 1/4-20 threads on the bottom, but they are on each side, so a full setup might be too unbalanced if attached there. Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you may be better off mounting the camera to the tripod and using a Flex-Connect Cold Shoe Mount to attach a powerful light (like the Sea Dragon 2000) directly to the camera.

Hey Steve, did you ever figure this one out? I came across the same issue today and was wondering how to get the dual flex tray on a tripod for video recording. Any luck?
