Good to see! I like moray eels. Toothy predators have a special place in my heart.

Great Photos. What do you think of the E-PL10? I was really close to buying one but I am having second thoughts. I am concerned the image sensor and MP count aren't enough of a step up from the TG-6 I am using now. I inevitably have to do some cropping to get the photo the way I want it, and the 12 MP and smaller sensor on the TG-6 means I am often not left with enough data to make a decent print. I am worried the step from the 12MP in the TG-6 to the 16 in the E-PL10 isn't going to be significant enough. I am looking at the E-MD10 Mark IV, and possibly the Sony A6XXX series. The Sony seems to have a much better sensor, but lacks in body stabilisation and lens options not as plentiful. I know you probably haven't shot with those other cameras, but do you think the E-PL10 is enough of an improvement over the TG-6 or should I skip it and go with one of the others? Thanks.

I have and still use many tgs(mostly for macro)
I m happy with this setup, the price was right, it has manual control
I only post on scubaboard and facebook so I never have an issue quality wise
I also like that I can change ports for certain lenses or do wet add ons(i do that most of the time)
So yes I am happy I upgraded from the tg
Backscatter was very helpful

I'm especially impressed with the midnight parrotfish closeup, because not only do I not see many of them, those I see tend to be skittish. It's interesting; stoplight parrotfish are pretty indifferent till I get close, but midnight and rainbow parrotfish are usually quite standoffish (yet on my last Bonaire trip, 2 rainbow parrotfish came up quite close to me from behind, IIRC).

Richard.
