I'm a Fish!
I just got back from helping on the NOAA cruise to the Flower Gardens and figured those who might be going out there might want some reports.

We dove the both the West and East Banks, and Stetson on the way back in. The West Bank was great ... no current, viz a bit over 50 ft ... I know thats not what everyone wants ... but work with me here  Temp was right at 75.

The East Bank was about the same ... it seemed as if the viz was a bit better, but I'm not that sure ... I spent all of my dives on the East Bank head down, ass up tying zip ties on a platform. Current did begin to pick up towards the end of the third dive ... still minor though.

Stetson was a bit cooler ... 71 ... but that is to be expected. The viz was even better and the reef looked great.

All in all if you get the chance head out ... the diving is great.

Thanks for the report, heading out June 7th.......

Ditto. I hope to head out in July.
