Focus Light

I have the DC1400 with dual strobes not the set up with a video light.

I dive in the Puget Sound area so the water is usually dark and green.
What would be a good option/system for mounting a focus light and what light would you suggest?

Perhaps another question is ---

Do any of you use a focus light on a Sealife Camera?

Perhaps I should go with the Duo setup with the video light in place of a 2 strobe setup?
That might solve my whole problem.
