Awesome find. Clean it up and display it at home.
 
Outstanding find! You may want to locate someone who can professionally cleanup the bell or discuss how others cleaned their items. It may cost less than you think and could become an amazing item.

Nice find! How big is it and how much does it weigh? What depth? Any trouble getting it to the surface?
