Equalize with a Jaw Thrust (similar to yawning)??? it is a Diveways brand of FFM, I think out of Japan. DIVEWAYS(製品案内/フルフェイスマスク）−株式会社ダイブウエイズ−
It looks like a disaster waiting to happen due to CO2 buildup. Videographers love it on their subjects though since you can see facial expressions.
The one they're currently selling appears to have both a nose plug and a "compartment" to help manage gas flow inside the mask based on photos of it from their site.
