Henry, Kudos to your buddy for calling that dive after going to a lot of effort and expense to get there. How did you respond to him when he said that? Did you make the dive another day?

I have had quite a few partners call different dives. The answer is always the same. "Don't worry about it, eventually I am going to call a dive one day and I expect the same courtesy. Let's go for a drink."
