Gear Check-Out Dive Buddy Needed This Sat 4-28-07 Corona Del Mar

My friend will be doing his OW Cert beach dives this Sat 4-28-07 at Corona Del Mar Beach, and im going to tag along cause we are going to drop by Scuba.com and Oakley afterwards to pick up some stuff.

I was thinking about taking my gear and going out in the water to check everything out. I have re-assembled all my gear, and just want a chance to get it wet before a scheduled boat trip on May 5th.

Is anyone intrested in meeting at the beach around 6 or 7 am to join me? Im not looking for much, just 30-50' to check everything out. I have two steel tanks I will be taking so if everything works, im open to staying down for a while.
