I tried on Utah's "local" Facebook page to no avail so I suspect it may belong to someone outside the state.
The weekend of November 2nd a student picked up a set of gear laying in the parking lot thinking it was one of our fun divers. I suspect it was a rental by the markings but it could be personal.
