Geo / Ocean log problem

[LMM1967]

We have 2 Geo DCs. 1 is revision 1b and the other is revision 1c

When I try to transfer data from the PDC that is revision 1b Ocean Log 2.2.4 (?) gives me an "invalid product" error and immediately closes the download window.

This all works fine with the other PDC which is revision 1c.

Any ideas?

The tech support guys have told me they suspect a low battery - give it a try and let us know if that does not take care of it.

I have an Atom 2.0 and I had the same problem. I took your advice and changed the battery, it worked! Thanks!
