The deep wrecks (Spiegel/Bibb/Duane/Eagle) are not really appropriate for brand new divers. If you want to introduce your girlfriend to (low stress) wreck diving, take her to the Benwood instead. Enjoy!

I highly recommend you take some dives with this fella! Brent and Captain Marvel are the BEST! I'd also take KeyLargoBrent's advice. The deep wrecks are wonderful, but you do need some experience under your belt to enjoy that kind of dive.

Key Largo is a great dive location.
