Good destination for May trip (tropical)

So Amanda and I are about 1 year away from our wedding, and are beginning to look for a honeymoon site. We don't have too many specifics in mind yet, except for a few things. We want something tropical, with a range of activities (we like diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, kayaking, outdoorsy stuff in general, etc), and ideally an all-inclusive. Costa Rica was high on the list, but it sounds like they get a lot of rain staring in May. We've also thought about Maui, but I've been there before and apparently that's a problem (although I have no idea why, I liked Maui and would like to go back).

We'd be traveling early-to-mid May.

Any recommendations are welcome.

Diving, snorkeling, fishing, Kayaking, all here in Palau. It wouldn't be all inclusive though.
