I have gone out from La Ceiba, swum on the surface through the sailboat mooring, dropped down to the bottom, swum at depth out to Villablanca Wall, and drifted north to get out at Villablanca, Blue Angel, or the lighthouse (depending on the current).

Another time I did the same dive by slipping a boat captain $20 to drop my buddy and me onto the wall out front of La Ceiba on his way back to the Caleta from my hotel.
