Likewise. Have mine clipped off to a bungie loop in the pocket. Works fine.

Same here. Double ender on the handle and bungee loop. I usually dab a bit of silicone grease on the pivot, just to help it out.
 
mine are due for replacement, they're not just rusting on the piviot but on the blades as well. edges are getting dulled, and i don't think even trying to strip the rust will get back the blades... they can still cut into a penny, but only for a few mm...
