So the HOG dive light line only have soft handles. I guess that's ok for some people, but I prefer a hard handle.

Looking at DGExpress, you can get a LM handle for $30 + another $30 in shipping (plus our dollar at the moment, etc ....)

Old cutting board and some scrap aluminum, and a few minutes if time, out comes this.

Also easier to get on and off the hand. Especially when using heavy gloves.

This becomes more important as you switch the light between your left hand and right thumb during your dive.

Just curious, what's the advantage of a hard handle? Looks good

Thanks, it also makes me look more the part when I'm diving with Tech 1&2 weekends with the view from my kiddie pool.

I was using a GoPro mount of some sort as a soft handle, wasn't too bad with wet gloves for the few dives. Dry, it really sucked.
