Just finished reading James Hamilton-Paterson's Three Miles Down. It's a really wonderful book, written with a wry sense of humour. Also provides alternatively funny and thoughtful moments of "fly-on-the-wall" observation of the politics and people involved in a modern deep-water salvage/scientific expedition.
