Grocery store nearest Infinity Bay

I will be staying at Infinity Bay with my family in mid-July. We would ideally like to get some groceries since we will have a full kitchen in our unit. If we take the resort shuttle from the airport, a stop at Eldon's is apparently not an option. A cab from the airport will cost us more than I would care to pay just to get groceries.
What options would one suggest for getting some light groceries (milk, break, etc) that is relatively close to West Bay? If there is something walking distance from West End, we will likely be in that area at least once.

We always ask the driver for Foster's to stop at Eldon's (usually one of his sons) and then we give him an extra tip when we arrive. Eldon's, by far, has the largest selections and prices. There's a small store in the little strip center at the top of the hill but very limited in selection and a very long hike, also there's a very small tienda next door to the Beachers restaurant (on the beach), mostly snacks, beer, water, and sodas. West End has several small groceries, but Eldon's in Coxen Hole is your best bet. A water taxi to West End is only $5, but only runs during daylights. Infinity Bay is by far the most "cush" place on the island. Have fun!

You can get light groceries in the West End. Woody's or the Coconut Tree store. Woodies Grocery Store in West End, Roatan Island Both are within a block of each other - CT is across from the dock - just off the left side of this shot: http://www.coconuttreedivers.com/asset/images/facilities3.jpeg and Woody's short a block to the east. You're going to find more at Woody's - hard to tell in the photo but the back wall is a full width cooler.

But it pales in comparison to Eldons or the other large markets in FH or Coxen Hole. A cab between West Bay and the West End s/b under $10-15 r/t. For that they'll probably wait for you. If not the cab stand for the West End is also in front of Coconut Tree. Once you're not coming from the airport or cruise port most cab prices are negotiable up-front.

Also there's the trucks - nice looking fruit/produce and some sell fresh fish.

There is a small store at the West Bay mall that has those light items. It's at the entry road to Bananarama so very close to Infinity Bay. And, I agree, take advantage of the produce truck. Ask at Bananarama when to expect it.

For the fresh fish, ask one of the guys at the dock or on the beach with a boat. They run fishing trips but also fish on their own for their families or to sell to the restaurants. They'll sell you fresh catch, too.
