I have bought a halcyon evolve 60 used for a good price and I am starting to dive twins 12L steel. Now that I read more up about it it seems like the 60 is to big. Is this a big issue or can I dive the twins with the double 12 without a problem. I dive mostly in cold water with drysuit.

If it’s large enough to wrap around the tanks you’re going to have trouble with air being trapped.

if you have standard 12L, yes it will be harder to use but it can be managed. if you have short 12L, those are 8 inch tanks so will be ok.
