Found this hard coral patch on a boulder.
15ft, Bunaken Island, Manado Indonesia.

My search has been frustrating, it looks like Family Meandrinidae, Possibly Genus Ctenella, but this genus is only known for the Indian Ocean around Madagascar.

Any Indonesian coral experts out there? Suggestions on where I could look for an answer?
