Dive shops are numerous down here, placed in nooks of strip malls and,
save for big, or bigger, dive flags flying, aren't all that special. IMHO, it
takes a lot to make them "interesting," so after taking this picture I
got to wondering just what kinds of shops were out there. What's
the most interesting dive shop you've seen (based on the shop itself,
not the people who work there)? You don't need pictures, just try
to describe it.

Seems to me a whole lot more dive shops should float:

If they can't float, they better be able to fill:

another shop, three banks deep of the tanks on the left, with a few others behind the fill station and to the left.
There are still a few banks that aren't in the shot.

Ocean Explorers in Nainamo, British Colombia floats and is tucked away right on the Dock, and they also do Nitrox Fills right there on the Dock. The owner told me that when they moved onto the Dock they had to sell there big compressor for a lighter model. It seemed that there original Land compressor would have sunk the Shop. I wish I had taken a picture a real great place.
