Hello all, I'm new to the board and not even certified yet, but should be by the end of June. I decided to go for certification because my roommate starting June 1st is already OW certified and I figured it would be fun for the summer to make a couple diving trips. Another big reason is my dad used to dive but since he can no longer dive after tests showed too much CO2 in his blood he has been deferred indefinitely and all of his equipment is good to go pretty much all I need is a wetsuit and certification.

I'm planning on taking all of his gear in for inspection and servicing next week when I'm back home, only possible issue would be the tank depending on how it was stored.
