Hey everyone,

Just wanted to do a small introduction. I moved to Tokyo about 1.5 years ago.
I did my OW in Thailand last October and my AOW in Okinawa last December.
I realized I live close to a great diving spot namely the Izu Penninsula. I'm waiting till the local diving groups start organizing trips and I'm looking for diving buddies. I hope to do a good number of dives over the next summer!!

My goal is to advance my skills, get my number of dives to 100 (now 37) and do my rescue diver this year. I'm considering taking it to the professional level eventually at the right pace and to gain experience with liveaboards as well.

I think this forum is GREAT and very educational and it feels like drinking from the firehose! Keep it coming!

Any good recommendations on books?

Cheers
