Is that anywhere near the 'Bong Recreational Area'.....?

Sorry - I get a kick outta that sign everytime I head up to Milwaukee to go divin'....

I wish I would have stopped at Bong rec area when I was into those things thirty years ago. Now it would be meaningless. It still does give me a smile though. Now I guess I'll have to settle for Big Bone Lick state park. I think that's in Kentucky or Tennessee somewhere. ha.

Hello everyone just wondering where everyone is from?? I am from wisconsin and my buddy moved I have yet to do my ow class but am looking for someone around me that can help me go diving after I am certified. I don't want to get certified and not be able to dive...

Hey icope,

I know where Mukwanago is. My mother-in-law has a trailer on Army Lake.
Welcome and safe diving. Where are you getting certified/doing OW dives?
Seems to be a number of active WI divers here and dive sites from small lakes and quarries to the big pond and it's wrecks. I recently got certified in the caribbean and am looking forward? to trying some WI/midwest diving.
