yes both had the same problem over on net...got a convertor tool and all for the heir files. Also changed IPHONE video , pic , setting to most compatible and still would not work..

Just uploaded this photo without any issues from a Mac BookPro running 10.15 You are probably running 11.X???

Images in JPEG extension work fine for me.
