Hey all...just an update. Thank you all for your suggestions! They were the focal points of my researching. What I ended up doing, for a variety of reasons, including time available, money available and general "Bang for Buck" is booking a 5 day LOB to Tubbataha reef (which we start on Sunday) for the Philippines, and a 4 day LOB in Komodo for Indonesia. I am considering heading back to the Philippines for MoalBoal Sardine run and Malapascua after Bali but we will see what time and budget dictates at that point. I am also considering The orthern Similan - into Myanmar as well, We'll see. Thanks all for your help and I will be sure to post up some trip reports when I get back!
