This isn't the greeter board but hi to everyone on this forum. I was hoping I'd find a good scuba forum on the net.

So I just got my rescue diver cert today and now I'm feeling really pumped up and want to hear anyones experience about goin for their divemaster. Costs? Fun? Time?

And a final note, I'm currently in Townsville, QLD so if yer in my area drop a line.

Costs
Boat tickets, books, slates, course price, parking, tolls, gas, it goes on, gear.

Time
Dive count requirements, internship (longer than rarely used optional path), study, pools, trips, tests, demonstration quality practice, makeups, repeats, etc.

Fun
Heck yah!
