and .. I'm going to live in Mexico for the end of summer...
Any ideas or advices ..?
I'm a Contract & Procurement Manager in Catering & Restauration Field.... with many years of experience in Hotellerie... and I'm a Quality sistem management Uditor ( Iso 9001:2000 & HACCP )
I love to dive and I woul like to unit job & hobbie.
Is there any professional of these two... wonderfull worlds?

I will be in mexico to live and ... to work after Italian summmer.
