Every time I click on the home button I get forums. Any Ideas?

I seem to have a different problem with the home page.
When I point my browser to scubaboard.com it takes me to the login page even though I have checked the box to "remember me." If I just select the link to forums it takes me to the forums page without the need to login. When I return to the home page the login portion is no longer shown.
