homemade 2 hand mount

hi all, has anybody made a two hand mount with light fixtures for a gopro out of PVC? I plan on using my go mask with gopro filters for chasing crab and my two hand mount for filming and photography purposes when I have my hands free. I would use the filters for day and the lights for night diving
