Hood face seal trimming, any tips?

The owner of my local dive shop (Eugene Skin Divers Supply) has lots of experience with this. Mike had me don my hood and mask and he marked my hood and trimmed it perfectly. Support your local dive shop or you'll lose all that personal service and expertise!!!
