Great video. I have snorkeled around hospital hole, but I have never dove it

Ive never dove with manatees but was thinking it was illegal to get that close to them.Something about stressing the animal, not sure.Obviously no one was harming them.

I've always wanted to dive Hospital Hole -- just never have gotten around to it. YOu can only get there by canoe or kayak, right?

As for swimming with manatees, the law is that they have to come to you:

I was lucky enough to snorkel with some in Crystal River a couple years ago. They were all but tame and totally accustomed to people. They approached us and rolled on their backs to accomodate belly-scratching. It was an amazing experience.

It is about a 300 yard swim upstream from Roger's Park - a canoe or kayak would be easier
