enjoy your similans liveaboard - I've done five - find a nice little room in Phuket and enjoy the nightlife before going home. That's what we always did! You can get a room for as little as 500 bhat per night - about $10 ish

All I know that after 48 hrs if you have a rapid decompresion at 30,000 ft you are still ok...

Yes, you would.

But you would also be OK after shorter times as well, at least as far as the research being done by DAN has indicated.
