Hello there,

I'm new to underwater videography, and I'm ready to purchase my first underwater light. I've found a good 3500 lumen option with a beam angle of 110 degrees. Is that sufficiently wide to cover the waterspace a 24mm lens sees? I'm not shooting anything wider than 24mm. Thanks!

I think that works.
What you need to figure out for questions like this is what the lens "Angle of View is. A quick looks shows that a 24mm lens on a 35mm 'full frame' sensor gives you a 84˚ angle of view. Chances are you are shooting on a 35mm sensor or smaller, so 110˚ sounds like plenty.
