If only I had gotten that job on the east coast..... (sigh!)
I would just settle for neighbors. I haven't had anyone living on either side of me for about 4 years now, just renters every so often to the south and absentee owners in Quebec a la nord.
My neighbors behind me are welcome to move however, They keep calling Boca PD on me whenever I fire up a power tool. So one time I didn't realize that running double high-speed grinders for an hour or so on a concrete pad I was smoothing put a little dust in the air. People make mistakes like that all the time.
