Ice Diving in St. Petersburg?

Does anyone have any experience ice diving in St. Petersburg?
Does it take a C-card?
is iit good? Any marine life or u just see ice?
is it expensive?

No idea if they dive St-Pet as it is a big city I don't think there is something to see down there. You should better spent your time visiting peterhof
