I dive at Yukon in August. I saw some jellyfish. I am looking at ID. jellyfish book but not there. I request. Anyone know what this is ?

It was wonderful to see these Chrysaora achlyos jellyfish this year. They are quite rare in shallow water. Last "run" of them was 10 years ago. I saw them nearly every Yukon dive early in the Summer. They are long gone now but the memory of swimming next to a 16ft long jelly will stay with me for ever.

Attached is a PDF from Lisa-Ann Gerswin, Phd of Australia. She specialized in jellyfish and was thrilled to help me id this one.

one of those nasty looking blackish ones swam by me yesterday, it was an interesting experience.
