there should be another set of stamps where the serial numbers are, need to see those to determine the manufacturer. There may also be an M followed by 4 digits that would be the manufacturer code.

They are Pressed Steel Tank, there should be a mark after the serial number that looks like

Not Pressed Steel ....i think it's a Worthington. Compare the style of the stamps and Authorized Testing hydro mark to this one:

Could be a Coyne as they used to preceed the serial number with a letter designation but i can't remember seeing galvanized Coyne tanks.

The triangle between the original hydro is for Arrowhead which is the independent inspection agency used to inspect that tank and is not the manufacturer stamp. I don't believe Worthington was making scuba tanks in the early 90's, that tank is about a decade too old to be a Worthington. M8004 is Worthingtons ID Number, so have to find the M number on the OP's bottle or see if they logo stamped it.

The A is likely not part of the serial but from the 1A 81 that is on PST tanks. also might be part of the purple PST Aqua Aire sticker under that nitrox wrap in pic 1

Well spotted. That's a Dolphin Scuba sticker - they were the distributor for Coyne.

dolphin scuba in Sac? their logo is blue and white iirc. either Pst or the Coyne diamond with a C would be definitive though

Different company i think. They had an 80s looking blue/purple inverted triangle. No longer around as far as i know.

99+% probability that a 1993 Galvanized 3AA2400 lp95 tank is a PST. But the pics dont show enough to confirm. There were other non-PST galvanized tanks around at that time but not that size, diameter or pressure rating. Could be a unicorn, but odds are very very high its PST.
