Steve,

L&M has made adjustments to the Stingray PLUS allowing the MWB on the XR 500 & 520 as well. It required some re-programming of the IR sequences.

Ikelite are heavy and cumbersome to travel with. My expereince with their housings was not a good one. Three of the functions did not work below 20m and when this problem was fed back to their 'service' department I was told nothing was wrong. The whole episode cost me more in postage and import / export duty fees than the housing did and I was still left with a useless chunk of plastic!
My experience with L&M has been positve- their housings are light weight - their service centres professional and responsive. The housings are aluminum and rated to greater depth and as previous posters have noted more flexible when changing camera models.
In my mind there is no questions L&M all the way !
