Hello Instructors,
Our company is growing and we will need a new instructor to join our fun team for next season (November- May).
We are looking for an instructor who can teach EFR and EAN as a minimum.
You're role will be guiding dives around Thailand and Myanmar and if you are the right candidate you could slowly take over the management of the company.
The position could be filed by an individual only or by a couple if we find the right people (one would do the office work while the other goes diving on most trips).
You need to speak English and French fluently. Any other language an advantage.
Proven experience in dive center management rganised administration, website management, marketing and sales, have proven experience as a "good" dive guide. Teaching is rare on our liveabard catering mostly to experienced divers but it is frequent to teach specialties and in particular nitrox.
Experience on a liveaboard (can you handle 4 dives a day every day for 6 months?)
Mechanic knowledge would be appreciated especially knowing how a boat and compressor should be maintained. There is a full time mechanic onboard and it will be your duty to manage/train the staff and make sure the boat remain in perfect condition.
Myanmar is a pristine dive destination with over 800 islands to explore and we never share dive sites. Great diving opportunity.
Please send a letter, CV and picture to info@thesmilingseahorse.com
The position is not available before next November so bear with me if I take some time to answer to the candidates.
