inter-island flight luggage limit?

I'm planning on going to Kaui from Oahu for a week and am planning on doing some diving - Ni'ihau, cant wait.

What are the limits on luggage for these island hop flights?

depends on carrier for overweight, but it seems that they're pretty similar to the usual domestic limits. 50#'s, you pay extra for 50-70#'s. Two checked bags "free" -- pay extra for more.

Hawaiian, Aloha and Go! all seem to be like other carriers 2x 50# bags. Island air however only allows a total of 44# of luggage total (2 bags that are both 22# for example)
