Has anyone gone diving in Panama? Years ago when I was in the army I went snorkeling in a place called Isla Grande - it was great. I've often thought it would be fun to go back on SCUBA. There is also an old fort called Porto Bello on the Atlantic side that might be interesting but I can't find any info. Does anyone have any experience there?
