Hi, Fantasea Line is in production (at long last) of purposed designed Lens Holders (EyeGrabbers) for the Canon G Series and Fuji BigEye Lenses (including the new G11 and S90 housings) as well as the new Sony MPK-WD/MPK-WEB/MPK-WE/MPK-WF
All will be announced soon on our website Fantasea
but a reasonable estimate for distribution and sales would be mid March.
thank you
Howard

Just got back from my trip from Curacao. I used the Big Eye Lens on all my pictures and I was very happy with it. My setup was g11/oem case, inon 240z, big eye lens. Most pictures came out very nice.
Some pictures had the lens flare issue on the bottom left like others have said, but that also happens on other lens'. I think I did not have the strobe far enough behind the camera on those pictures.
The other issue I had was forgetting to burp the lens of air and aligning the lens on the case when I get into the water(Fantasea people: Can you make a sticker to place on the lens to remind the diver to Burp/Align the lens). If the bungee straps could be fastened better somehow it will help. This is canon issue not Fantasea for not having a port adapter built into the case.
The pictures came out really nice with a few outstanding pictures with immense colors and clarity. I think getting closer to the subject which the lens lets you too really helps.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LENS!!!
Here are all my pictures from the trip. http://www.mwdives.com/DiveGallery/Curacao%202010/index.html (The folder Harry is my buddies pictures without the lens with a g7/z220s setup)

My dives where averaging 70-120 feet. Constant 72 degree water. Fog issues; no. Lens flares; yes. When I dive in the northeast with 40 degree temps, I will tell you if there is fog or not.
Maybe the word immense was too much, but comparing to my old pictures, the colors are there. I believe the colors where close to accurate. From past years, the color of these pictures where much better. Of course, there is less water between me and the subject that is getting the colors. The older pictures, i have photo shop some of the colors back, this year they look much better. This is also the first year using the g11 and raw, old camera was the g7.

Geez.. Based on these reviews, I'm not sure its worth paying the $200 for the wide angle lens if its gonna be that much of a hassle. Hmmm.
