Any one got an Idea how to deal with such problem ??

Is it worth to ship for service???

For such an expensive computer I would think it would be worth it to send for service.

Then when it comes back sell it and get a Shearwater.

Why don't you contact Ratio directly instead of bringing it up here? If you don't have their support email, let me know.

It is worthy sending it for service for ANY computer at any price instead of trying it here.

Yep, that exact model as a matter of fact. I’m on my phone so I don’t want to try and type an issue-by-issue manifesto, but suffice it to say I found it annoying to navigate, more complex than it should be, and less intuitive than the Shearwaters.

I have the ix3m Tech+ and I have no issue with navigating the menu at all, very easy indeed. I had no problem setting it up for my diving the first time even without reading the manual (I read the manual later when I was bored). Easier to navigate than even the Suunto Zoop.

Please do write all of your issues with it as soon as you can. I am really interested in finding out what you think is an issue.

That doesn’t mean a lot. The zoop is confusing to navigate and has very cryptic description for its functions.

It is easier to navigate than anything I have used in the last 10+ years. I was never confused or couldn't find what I wanted to do at any point of time. I did spend an hour or so playing with it when I received it and I was able to figure out where everything was and changed the variables I wanted to change. Any easier than that??

That’s my point. If it takes an hour to figure out how to change something on a simple divecomputer where you really can’t change anything significant in the first place you haven’t been exposed to a good user interface.
