Good luck with the freinds. We arranged a "Discover Scuba" for our freinds and family (we have lots). 4 showed up. 1 went on to certify (our son, we paid for it). The rest are always to busy with something.

I am with Tavi. I see my self in a few of those. Especially the one about taking better care of your gear and talking less about diving.
Seriously, I have a resolution of getting my 11 year old sister out of the hands of my over protective parents and into diving this summer. She is a great swimmer and a mature kid so I know she can handle it if my parents would just lighten up. She is the baby!
